Sonny was gotten as a guard dog and was regularly beaten until at roughly 8 years old,
he turned on his owner, pinned him to the ground but didn't bite him.
The day he came to me was the day he was due to be pts.
I took him to my vet where x-rays revealed at least 5 old breaks in his tail along with other injuries that had went untreated.
Sonny (also affectionately known as "old bug") and I shared our lives for 11 years before his
back end finally gave up on him....
